The outdoor space would be lovely for families with small children. The beds were comfortable. A full size fridge freezer was a real bonus. The accommodation was exceptionally clean. A parking space was great!

The shower - the power was disappointing, the floor slippery and the paint was peeling on the floor. No plug in the bathroom sink. The picture on the TV in the children's bedroom was fuzzy. The TV in the double room not used. A set of crockery and glasses as what was there was quiet limited.

the house and how the owner was very nice and gave us tour and explianed how everyting worked to us.

It was all so great but we couldnt find the bin anywere but we used a bag instead.

The flat was functional. But very cold in the morning. There was no plug in the bathroom sink. And we were expecting some sort of living room. One bedroom had a quilt cover hanging as a door.

The only seating was 2 wooden chairs, in the kitchen area

Wonderful friendly host, excellent location, parking, great outdoor space, airfryer was an excellent touch, clean towels and bedding. Toys and dvds to entertain the kids . Great use of space.

How pissed the floors are in the bedrooms, I was constantly stumbling on them (I'm flat footed), no curtain or blind on the front door, hotel can look straight in. One of the single bed needs a new mattress, the springs have all sprung, not comfy, all other beds comfy.

Reasonable communication with owner. Replied to one query but not the last one I sent. Great location- perfect for access to Pier, bars, beach etc. All flat no hills. Easy to find following sat nav directions.

No communal/ family seating area in the apartment- only outside. Not ideal when bad weather. Had to eat in the bedroom. Dishes left on the drainer when we arrived. Leftover food in the fridge- not clear how long it was there for. Not enough crockery/ glassware for 5 people booked. Heavy fire door which was pinned open. Sloping floors in the second bedroom. Bathroom was freezing and old/tired. Instructions for using the shower have washed off the shower. Paying for the location and how close it is to the front

Location was great next to the beach. Our host was fantastic and very accommodating for a very last minute booking. Lots of space and beds for the children. Wish we had the chance to stay a little longer. Airfryer was a great idea!

Towels hung up - sure if these were clean and ready for use or dirty and used by others! Would have liked a little stove / even portable induction hob to make breakfast
