Nice area

A slight fusty smell in the room. Terribly thin curtains letting lots of lighting .Crack in the shower tray . Faulty door on the shower. Plug in the sink didn’t work . Uncomfortable bed. Child running around in the room about us. And could hear a lot of movement from 6:15 am.

The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a good choice at breakfast. It was nice to have a communal TV lounge.

No personal greeting on arrival, very much do it yourself, messages were not received despite the owner’s insistence we had received

Breakfast was excellent served with a smile. Bed very comfortable. Room was next to the main road but we had no noise issues.

A slightly later breakfast would have been better after being at a wedding.

Location fab. Breakfast lovely ( especially person making breakfast) Garden area beautiful.

Room not up to standard for rate paid room smelt damp, tea try area dirty. Location fab not sure why they have a licenced bar that isn't open.
