Stuff were friendly and helpful and everything else was up to standard

found it odd they offered courtesy tea/coffee but not t-roll, shower was cold cold and road leading to the location was bad

The property was ok and the stay was ok

We had to pay double as the property refused to give us a room even though we already paid for the booking through booking.com why is this property on booking.com if they don't accept payments from them?

The rooms are big enough and comfortable.

The location was hard to find. We got lost for an hour before we could find the space. There was not enough parking space. Our room didn't have an aircon. In the morning we got a call early in the morning telling us that the Bookings.com payment didn't come through, we needed to verify the payment. When the call came in I was still sleeping.

Safe place, room is clean, Staff is friendly.

The road to the place is bad, no shower cap, they didn't change towels, they don't have grocery for breakfast. They gave us half tissue.
