Upon arrival, we found out that our room is double booked so we had to get our refund and look elsewhere. It was very unprofessional and a bad customer service experience. I will not recommend it to anyone one.

Management of the facility

The room was clean. The best, friendliest service from the staff. I would definitely visit the place again. There is still room for improvement though but I would give it an 8/10.

There was no water for drinking in the room and the room was so hot. They provide us with half a tissue. I didn’t like the shower because it didn’t have a door just a curtain.

Everything else was good.

There's no covered parking on the other side of the guesthouse.

Whilst the place is in the midst of close neighborhoods - the place is quiet.

The location of the place bad. The access road is horrible and connecting to the main road is difficult. Having booked for a room to accommodate three people but there were two towels for the three people. There were no toilet papers in the rooms booked and had to ask the security guy for one. The electricity wasn't stable, we arrived when it wasn't there. It was switched on and off through the whole night.
