"Great value homestay with helpful hosts near Kallady beach."

Family homestay feel. Owners friendly and helpful. Good location few metres from Kallady beach and some relics from 2005 Tsunami. Quiet location. Appreciated the very reasonable fee for air-conditioning. Great value.

Pillows were rather firm.

Simple room close to the beach in a lovely homestay run by a very warm and welcoming couple. They lovingly prepared Sri Lankan breakfast every morning and let me borrow their bicycle for the duration of my stay. Jude, the owner, is a very knowledgeable guide as well and took me on a motorcycle tour to Thoppigala on the weekend. Would highly recommend a stay!

Lovely comfortable, clean and basic accommodation. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great location near the beach, peaceful and quiet. They gave me good advice re where to eat nearby and transport options to and from Batti. Breakfast was good.
