Value for money। Spacious। Location। Good staff

Poor AC/ Without voltage stabiliser। Instigating food with and without GST, Bills not provided। Bed with spring - painful।

The place is a flat not a hotel, a group of locals have rented the residential flat and converted the flat into a home stay facility. The house keepers are untrained & locals. Food is purely regional low standard. The approach is ugly. The flat is old & not maintained. During my stay not once my room or wash room was cleaned.

The behavior's of the local staffs.

Room had all the modern facilities & was well furnished. Food was also cooked by the stuff personally, absolutely not oily.

Water quality was terrible, like it's red & you can smell iron in your hand. Location also a bit difficult to find, it's a guest house having 4 rooms only.

Owner and staff behaviour

Bathroom is very bad. Rooms are just ordinary and are not in such a condition that the owner charges like the premium hotels.
