Positives are - very polite and attentive owner, decent food facilities within premises, clean rooms/ bathroom and great location of the property.

Small niggles like 1) the fan is connected to a bright light - that is, if you switch on the fan, the bright light will keep glowing. On a summer night, that created a lot of problems in sleeping, 2) large mosquitoes in the room - it seems this is a neglected area which needs full attention, 3) AC was okay but very high in the ceiling, which reduced its effectiveness.

the washroom was the only perfect thing over there.

A list of things :- bedsheets were not properly washed no ammenities unprofessional staff very difficult to locate even it being situated in a busy sreet no boards or hoardings.

Safe, secure place ,good team , 👍 I am in love with this place , will recommend and definitely visit again. The best part is all wooden flooring and beautiful rooms

It's amazing, cool place to stay, homely food, peaceful environment, friendly staff, nice rooms, In short, a perfect place. I did my work very comfortably and with ease
