"Avoid at all costs"

The hotel is at an easy location to catch the ferry

The receptionist who checked us in was absolutely lifeless, didn't smile or make any eye contact. The room was hot and smelled, the windows didn't close properly so it was noisy. The furniture was old and uncomfortable.
