Very handy location between jetty and bus terminal Close to shops food etc

Fridge did not work

Relatively clean and neat for a really low price, basic as expected. Better conditions than a hostel but worse condition than a hotel. Best thing about it was that the aircon is working strong, the shower provides effective hot water, two bottles of water provided, and bedding/towels cleanly laundered.

Bit dusty in corners of room and general wear and tear of place i.e old tired furniture and needs painting.

We used it as an overnight between getting off the Tioman ferry and catching the bus to Singapore. Not far to walk. They do offer transport to the ferry.

Ive stayed at the Mersing Hotel many times, it's cheap, easy and centrally located. Happy about the new lift, it makes travelling with luggage a lot easier

For the price, nothing

The advantages are the price, clean bed linen, comfortable bed, proximity to the port.

Everything is very old, there is a lot of other people's hair on the floor, there are ants in the room.

Near mersing jetty , walking distance . Water heater still new , AC all good.

Lif slow. Seems no certificate (PMA) in the lift
