Awesome place to stay, quite, common kitchen with all you need is available 24/7. Very helpful owner, relaxed attitude.

Owner is a real sweetheart ,we came here initially to stay for a single night ended up for four months ,they have a well equipped kitchen ,massive comfy beds ,spotless bathroom and just 3-4 minutes away from the beach ,incredibly peaceful waking up in the morning watching monkeys, chipmunks ,peacocks while having a coffee was something unforgettable…

Good location

Were waiting for almost one hour the owner to come,then it turned out our room wasn’t cleaned yet,had to wait half more hour .Thought we came after 2pm.Was a bit a waste of time…Then at 9 or 10 in the morning he announced we need to check out asap bc another tourists booked the room.Maybe it was our “luck”,but anyway I’d advice to be more respectful towards the customers.

Was here for about a 1.5 week total. Liked the room, big enough and comfortable bed. Shower needs some maintenance. Clean small territory, good equipped kitchen. Host is always welcome and willing to help.

When it comes to money - there were several problems. First a guy offered me one price if i will stay longer, than he told me that he didn't offer me that price. Second - he always tries to charge you about 5-10% more because he uses a convertion rate that exists only in his head - you should always use google convertion rate.

Tiny Ants everywhere in my room - DO NOT GET ROOM #1! It is LOUD! The owner’s father sweeps dirt (yes dirt outside) for hours every morning at 6:30am! Wifi doesn’t work most of the time The games the owner plays are very unprofessional with the bookings. He will ask you to cancel your booking two days before because he has another one that’s more favorable for him…
