Lucky Inn, La Locanda della Fortuna

The room is in the flat for more gouest. Our room was big enough, the bed was comfortable. Our bathroom was on the corridoor outside the room. We had a window to the yard. There was a mosquito net in the window. But wit opened window you will hear every time noise, if somebody will wash or use the toilete and also the seagulls. There is for all eating area (table+2 chairs), a big fridge and microwace oven for all the guests, but nothing else!!! Only plastic disposable cup. The comunication with the owner was fast and smooth and give us all the instruction to get in. There are free parking places in front of the building.Is nearby the city centre and the train station.

Tutto perfetto non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto

The location is convenient, close to the train station and within easy reach of the old town. The room is spacious.

The apartment lacks some essential facilities. The water heater is very small, and hot water runs out quickly — it is not even enough for one person to finish showering before it turns cold. The air conditioning is essentially ineffective, and the room is quite cold. There is no coffee machine or microwave, fortunately, there is a refrigerator.

Freundliche Kommunikation. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken. Alles ist sauber und freundlich eingerichtet. 200m vom Hauptbahnhof und 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Super Übernachtungsmöglichkeit um Palermo zu erkunden

Il proprietario mi ha chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno il giorno precedente l'arrivo tramite link. Gli ho spiegato che avrei fatto un bonifico istantaneo il giorno dell'arrivo senza usare link ma ha insistito e ho dovuto pagare il giorno prima. Non mi è capitato onestamente di dover pagare la tassa di soggiorno in anticipo... La struttura in generale è molto sporca, soprattutto gli ambienti condivisi e i balconi. Sappiate che anche se state più notti (nel mio caso 5), il servizio cambio biancheria è a pagamento (20 Eur). Di solito è gratuito se si sta più di tre notti...

The place was very clean

The apartment has several rooms, and there is a water pump that starts every time someone uses water. If you’re a light sleeper, it might wake you up during the night.

Location

Not well maintained, the bed frame, shower enclosure was broken. The shower drainage was clogged and there was no enough security like an inside lock for safety.

L'ambiente era pulito... A parte il balcone...

Innanzitutto non mi è piaciuta la posizione... Se per caso fosse necessario lasciare la finestra aperta... Non si può dormire a causa dela strada sottostante.. Traffico sirene di ogni tipo... Insomma non è la posizione ideale... Non mi è piaciuto il bagno... Veramente triste.. Poi la tenda nella doccia, assolutamente anti igienica... Lo scarico che nn funziona, ritrovando i piedi in una pozza d'acqua. Scarico che nn funziona nemmeno nel lavandino, oltre al rubinetto che spruzza in tt I versi... 2 rotolini di carta igienica per 2 persone... Per 4 notti... Mah... L'ho comprata e poi lasciata per i prossimi ospiti 🤭...assolutamente sconsigliata la camera senza bidè. Il balcone? Penso aspettasse una pulizia da mesi!! 😱

Super consigliato perché nonostante la zona nei dintorni della stazione sia oggettivamente brutta, questo beb si trova in un posto più tranquillo e sicuro. Ottima accoglienza e super disponibilità del proprietario!
