Personalas labai paslaugus, nuolat klausdavo kas ir kaip, padėdavo, atsakydavo į klausimus. Vieta už tokią kainą gera, netoli pagrindinė stotis, senamiesti, sąlyginai netoli jūra. Kambariai švarūs ir nuolat tvarkomi.

Jeigu atsidarai langą, gatvė ir prie pat ir girdi visas mašinas. Tas pas ir su kaimynais, tiesa, nei mes buvome triukšmingi, nei mums pasitaikė triukšmingų kaimynų, bet realiai vis vien girdi, kada kas grįžta, ar ką virtuvėje daro.

We’ve found everything we needed - clean and nice room, coffee machine and water, kitchen, modern and easy entrance control. I’ve even seen a washing machine! A good location, close to the station.

We were asked to send our ID pictures before our arrival to the apartment. It looked shady at first, because we had many stayings in Italy and other countries, but usualy all hosts takes pictures/makes a copy AFTER you arrive. We did take a risk and everything went fine.

We liked everything! Everything was clean and cozy! The owner left us a gift, wine, it was very nice! The communication was pleasant, he advised us on good beaches and was always in touch. The snacks and coffee were delicious. A great place to stay in Pescara!

We sent the documents according to the owner's instructions to the website on the very first day of our arrival and wrote about it. But when we left, he demanded that we send him photos of the documents, as if we hadn't sent them to the site on the first day. Although it had already been done, it was a bit unpleasant. There may be problems with the website, but it would be nice to fix it or set up confirmation so that such cases can be avoided. But I don't want to shoot a star for this, because everything else was perfect for us.

The air conditioning made lots of noise but never cooled the room sufficiently. No toiletries. There really is no garden, and there is absolutely no parking. This needs to be corrected on the Booking website! The apartment is on an exit from a roundabout and under the airplane path, so there is no charm and some noise. I wish people would be honest with their listing details. The photos show the ‘garden’ and the property opposite.

Great location for us as we travelled by train and it's very close to the station (and also a great supermarket nearby) . Beds were omfortable and we made good use of the shared kitchen. We didn't meet the host but he was very accommodating and helpful via text.

Lovely apartment with a modetn look and very clean. Vicenzo was very kind and helpfull and made sure we have everything we need.
