So clean and nicely decorated, air conditioning, small snacks, wine and coffee provided. Very organized and informative hosts

Traffic in the morning somewhat noisy but it’s in the city center after all

Clean and well done with security. Close to public transport

The wine.

The location, in the middle of a building site, very close to the road, not in a nice area. Lots of graffiti and run down buildings around it. The bed was damp. Water bottle had already been opened.

Absolutely worth every penny … if your thinking is Pescara look no more … this is a fabulous place … private en-suite bed opens with share kitchen and some fabulous technology to gain access … fabulous hosts - breakfast croissants / buns / biscuits / vino too- cannot fault it - great location… easy access to trains buses and nightlife …

Close to centro by foot, easy parking nearby, close to highway connection. Ideal for us for an overnight stop. Good communication with host and easy check in process.

The appartment was exceptional and all the extras amazing could not have asked for better. Like Home from home and entry system worked a treat. Made our visit extra special
