We had such a wonderful stay at Darshani Lodge and would absolutely stay here again 🙂 The guesthouse is family-run, and you truly feel it from the first moment. Anu and his family are incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. They genuinely care about making sure you have the best possible experience in Sigiriya and are always ready to help organize trips, transport, or give advice. The location is perfect, surrounded by nature with beautiful rice field views, yet very close to cafés, restaurants, and all the main attractions in Sigiriya. You don’t need to worry about long or complicated tuk-tuk rides, especially at night, which is a big plus. The place was spotless clean, and everything worked perfectly. The swimming pool is great! It’s not luxury in a “fancy resort” sense, but honestly, the quality-price ratio is incredible. You have all you need: AC, mosquito nets, hot water, and ok comfortable beds. This guesthouse truly exceeded our expectations. If we return to Sigiriya, we would definitely stay at Darshani Lodge again. Situé dans un écrin de verdure, c est un endroit parfait pour découvrir les alentours. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres. Le petit déjeuner 100% Sri Lankais préparé par la famille est un délice ☺️ Et que dire du propriétaire Anu qui est un hôte adorable, disponible et aux petits soins pour vous faire passer un agréable séjour Je vous recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés pour vivre une expérience sri lankaise incroyable 👌

Pool, green environment, cleanliness. Space.

Small things like charging for 2 extra coffee pouches in room.Service charge for included breakfast.it is one man show. One person doing everything from pool cleaning to housekeeping to cooking to every other possible chore assisted by his elderly mother who speaks native only. Abrup check in so when you want to know something like Google password you go searching for him in big property. Otherwise very friendly. Lack of professional approach.

La atención de Anu fue excelente, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad. El desayuno abundante y fabuloso, y cada día distinto. La habitación muy limpia.

Prachtige, ruim opgezette accommodatie met grote en schone kamers met goed werkende airco. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Anu helpt je met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ook heeft hij een prachtige sunrise hike voor ons geregeld. De locatie is goed, op korte afstand van verschillende restaurants en Lion Rock. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid!

Nice personnel, and nice hotel. We got an interesting tuk tuk tour woth local information.

Insects. Matress not comfortable.

De eigenaar, Anu, heeft een mooi stuk grond met een fijn zwembad. De kamers zijn zeer schoon en hebben een goede airco. Anu bracht ons naar een apotheek en zijn vrouw deed onze laundry. Hij vertelt wat je in de omgeving kan doen en regelt bijvoorbeeld taxi's, safari tours en brengt je naar Lion of Pidurangala Rock voor zonsopkomst.

Trato excepcional. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la reservada para subsanar un incidente de ultima hora sin coste alguno. Habitación amplia y muy limpia. Desayuno abundante, variado y muy rico. La piscina limpia y facilitan toallas para las hamacas. Te ayudan con la reserva de transporte si lo necesitas.

Personale molto disponibile e accogliente. Colazione abbondante e buona. Posizione non eccellente ma comunque buona. Camere accoglienti
