Guest House Ishitatu

Good location & good customer service. Nice view of the ocean from our room. Comfortable beds.

The Shampoo, body wash & conditioner bottles were not filled. We used the last bit.

The hospitality of the owner. He provided hot water for tea and brought our luggage to Seven-Eleven when we couldn't find a taxi. Much appreciated

The location was cumbersome and up hill. without any personal transportation it is very difficult to access.

ishitatsu san, the owner is very helping and flexible, also knowledgeable about tge area.

The air conditioning was cold in the room and there was a place to park for free.

Terrible, uncomfortable beds, stained mattresses, not enough room to hang anything to dry in the room (not for four people), whole family couldn't stay in one room, air conditioning not working in common room, had to search for someone to give us towels, which were scratchy and old. The walk is only 10 minutes to shirahama beach but it's down a steep hill (that sucks going back up) and it's a jungle so be prepared to get eaten by mosquitos. One shower room for the whole house was old and dirty.

Dogs are allowed!! Best part. The rooms are very large and include a sofa. There is also a private bathroom. The location is great.

There was no wifi. I don't mind, but I know my husband would have liked access to wifi. We had cell signal there so it worked out just fine.
