Unterkunft ist sauber und stylish eingerichtet. Ein kleiner touch von Game of Thrones :) Kaffee, Tee, Milch und Waaser vorhanden. Sehr gemütliches Bett und Couch

Mit Schlossblick ist wahrscheinlich die majestätische Brücke vor dem Fenster gemeint. Ein anderes Schloss konnten wir nicht sehen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein paar Küchengeräte und das nötigste fürs Essen/Trinken. Geschirr spülen geht jedoch nur im Bad. Aber mit was? Zum Glück hatten wir Spülsachen dabei. Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan. Eine Verbindungstür zwischen beiden Wohnungen öffnet sich mehrmals täglich. Man ist nicht 100% ungestört.

The fully modernised accomodation is actually the toll house to the ancient bridge that sits outside. This is now pedestrians only so don't worry about traffic noise. The owners live on-site so you are received in-person, not by some anonymous key box, and car parking is on site too. There is a bus stop just over the bridge so these premises would suit someone on public transport although the frequency is hourly. There was a nice bedroom and a separate lounge dining area and after the initial welcome we were left to our own devices (although could ask for local information). The bathroom features a modern high level WC so you can see what a WC really should flush like! Stirling is a 15 minute bus ride away or you can take you car. If you are into garden centres, check out Dobbies which is just over the road. Not really many eating out places in the area as it is literally in the country.

More my mistake than a criticism. If driving your satnav will take you to a a farm. Unlike me, make a proper note of the information sent by the host and look at the Google map shown on booking.com. Coming from Stirling you cross the new bridge and take the FIRST LEFT off the roundabout.

Nice quiet location close to two great restaurants… the suite had so much room very spacious…bed super comfortable…host was so nice.
