Un séjour très paisible et agréable en bord de mer dans un lieux magnifique. Personnel très agréable.

Het personeel en de prijzen. €20 euro voor een ontbijt voor twee personen zijn schandalige prijzen in Sri Lanka. Zeker gezien de inhoud van het ontbijt.

Eine ganz besondere Unterkunft, in der man in wunderschönen Baumhäusern übernachtet. Die gesamte Anlage liegt direkt am Strand und bietet eine einzigartige Atmosphäre. Für ein Baumhaus ist die Ausstattung sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns der großzügige, abgetrennte Außenbereich mit Dusche und Toilette. Hoch oben in den Baumwipfeln zu schlafen und zu duschen ist ein Erlebnis, das man nicht so schnell vergisst. Auch die Anlage selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Vor allem der Strandbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein und trägt zum besonderen Charme der Unterkunft bei. Wer nach einer außergewöhnlichen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in direkter Strandlage sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Während unseres Aufenthalts war ausschließlich Barzahlung möglich. Aufgrund des relativ hohen Betrags mussten wir bei Abreise extra nach Tangalle fahren, um ausreichend Bargeld abzuheben und alles bezahlen zu können. Ein kurzer Hinweis bei der Anreise oder bereits im Vorfeld hätte uns die Planung deutlich erleichtert.

Если вы хотите побывать в раю, то вам сюда: за уединением, расслаблением, релаксом. Лучше и не придумаешь. Великолепный бассейн, очень красивая территория и в шаге океан. Домики все внутри красиво оформлены, вся мебель плетенная и деревянная. Вкусные завтраки, столько всего много, что мы выкатывались из за стола, также мы ужинали в ресторане, все было очень вкусно. Советую побывать тут обязательно.

Единственное что омрачало наше пребывание тут, так это бедные животные. На территории отеля живут несколько собачек и маленький котенок белый. Но все животные настолько худые и голодные, что слов нет. Неужели нельзя их кормить и хоть как то ухаживать, раз уж они живут при отеле или пусть даже прибились. Очень жалко животных.

It is definitely the best hotel in Sri Lanka. The ambience is unforgettable. The rooms, the view, the food everything was perfect. You are sleeping with the ocean sound. The pool is even with ocean water and not very cold. You are eating your food almost inside the ocean and this is very good chance. You must try this hotel

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

We had to check out of another hotel after only two hours and booked Cinnabar based on a friend’s recommendation. Honestly, it exceeded every expectation. The kids and I arrived hot, tired, stressed and hungry. The moment we walked into the resort, all of that disappeared. It felt like stepping into a storybook, a hidden magical garden tucked away from the rest of the world. The property itself is stunning. Built over many years, it perfectly balances sophistication, creativity and charm. Set on a quiet stretch of beach at the end of a secluded lane, it feels like you’ve discovered a secret paradise. The treehouse-style villas are beautiful, clean and incredibly comfortable. Walking across the wooden bridges and hand-built staircases felt like being on a movie set. My children absolutely loved it, especially the resident kittens. What truly makes Cinnabar special, however, is the people. Arrive as guests, leave as friends. The owner is a genuinely kind, thoughtful and fascinating person, and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. Ravi and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially my son, who may have consumed more ice cream than strictly necessary! Travelling as a single mum with two young children comes with plenty of challenges, and staying here made our trip easier, happier and far less stressful. We loved watching the team play cricket on the beach in the evenings and were even invited to join in. I genuinely cannot say a bad word about our experience. Whether you’re travelling solo, with children, as a couple or with friends, I cannot recommend Cinnabar highly enough. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. When the kids ask to stay longer, who am I to argue? Thank you to everyone at Cinnabar for making us feel so at home. We will absolutely be back.

Cannot say a bad word. Only thing to note is accessibility as some of the tree house villas are up hand built stairs and across wooden bridges.

An awesome property where to enjoy nature simply will the necessary comfort.
