Amazing time with all the animals, they are so cute and friendly. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. It feels like being in a rural retreat as it is very secluded from the outside. The cabin decor is fantastic and the breakfast was delicious.

There was not much privacy as people were coming and going to take care of the animals but that is understandable and not a big bother as everyone was very nice.

"Heavenly haven !"

Exceeded our expectations on every front. Spending time with the animal crew was fab ,of course ,and we chose a totally immersive experience (sitting out with them and feeding them) The cabin is an unforgettable mixture of cosy and chic -so well designed !We appreciated the little touches like the oatly sachets and brownies .The beautiful spa area was all prepped ready for us and was absolutely gorgeous. And the hosts are genuine ,lovely folk.

This is Bristol's best kept secret!!!! This is an amazing place where you have everything you need at hand and the vegan breakfast is also quite a treat. The animal of the sanctuary are very well looked after and very friendly.

I cannot think of what could be done to make this even better or anything I did not like..
