There was no personal greetings

The room was very nice. It was clean, comfortable, well fitted out and had everything that we required.

That we only had access to arrival information after we had returned home. That there was no-one there to meet us on arrival, or speak to during our stay. That food was not available, which negates the whole point of staying in a vegan establishment.

The cabin was great. Very clean, all the bits and pieces we needed for the stay provided, games and things to do and lovely to be right next to all the rescue animals.

I didn't receive a text with the gate code etc. Like I was meant to. This isn't a complaint as they had sent it, I just didnt receive it, but a warning if you haven't received it beforehand to give them a call.

We all really enjoyed our stay! Both the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The place was amazing! Very peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend!
