Just right for my needs: a very good budget option that didn't compromise on cleanliness and comfort. Good communication from owner about check in and other things to note via booking.com. Personal touches, like lots of large photos celebrating the former history of the place as a longstanding family business. An area to help yourself to hot and cold drinks and basic snacks, for a donation.

Mattress a bit too hard for side-sleepers like me.
