There is no reception when i got there was just an email with code’s and an phone number with directions true the hotel there was a lady (non) English speaking with a dog And they charge guest that stay there with an car extra for parking so i was not really satisfied so i stayed at friends in an other hotel nearby much better even thought i paid to stay here my dad was suppose to come and stay with me he ended up staying somewhere else. Then after i left the key where i got it from in a box and left back to where i came from i got an email with that i have to oay an extra fee

Nice place in the center of Velbert, with parking possibility! We were not there long, just for a wedding in the area, but the place was perfect for what we needed. :)
