L’appartamento aveva un terribile odore di muffa ed entrava pochissima luce. La pulizia lasciava a desiderare, le lenzuola erano poco pulite. Lo staff inoltre per niente cortese nelle risposte ai mess.

Nothing.

The blanket and sheets were dirty. There was a strange smell in the rooms. There was no microwave in the rooms. The toilette seat was broken. We found many ants near the kitchen.
