From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness from our host, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The personal touches in our room were such a thoughtful surprise, adding a unique charm that made our stay feel extra special. The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Every detail was taken care of, making it feel like a true home away from home. The peaceful surroundings provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, and I loved how serene and tranquil it was. Overall, Jovali Clarens exceeded all our expectations, and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s the ideal place for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and peaceful retreat. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The quality of the fittings and fixtures. The attention to detail. The welcoming carrot cake in fact everything was superb.

Road to the guesthouse was not great at all There is zero privacy. If you go to your room you have to walk in front of the stoep and door of the other suite. So for a couple this is definitely not a place to go to.

A peaceful stay away from the hustle of the city. Every little detail was well thought out and provided for, making our stay at Jovali comfortable and pleasant. The hosts are accommodating and wonderful, we even got a tasty cheesecake in our room on arrival. Amazing views of the mountains during sunrise and sunset.

As stated in the property description, the roads leading to Jovali are better suited for bigger cars but our sedan managed well driving slowly.

The place was perfect, they really exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect, it's peaceful and quiet. The hospitality was outstanding.

The fact that they don:t clean the place during your stay, not that it mattered a lot but it would have been nice.
