The Studio Guesthouse

A superb little accomodation,only minutes from central Volendam,with it,s marvelous traditional dutch buildings,great cafe,s & traditional dutch costumed staff. Our host Patrick was very attentive. This was a long awaited return to Volendam for me, a place I visited many times over many years.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

The accommodation was superb, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good and an amazing variety to choose from. The rooms do have everything you need.

There is no aircon but likely the weather was cooler when we where there.

I love the fact that it's a kilometer away from the busy touristic area. The place was well maintained. The owner, Arnold accepted us warmly that we immediately felt at home. It felt very comfortable having all the small details that counted. I loved the studio tour. It was a pleasure meeting a famous person who was very modest and down to earth like him. The breakfast was fantastic! I wish we had more time to spare.

The fact that we had to leave...

Everything was ok. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were confortable. We could sleep well. The parking was free and safe. Patrick and Ingrid were good hosts.

To say something, the body soap was so just and small for a couple for two days.

Patrick is very friendly, helpfull and compassionate about his business.
