A lovely warm welcome from two delightful sisters, who were also helpful and informative. The location, right by the lake, was a great place to sit on the room’s balcony and enjoy the delightful lake view. Bedroom was quite small but, unusually, had 2 comfortable chairs which would be really useful in less good weather. The quantity and variety of the breakfast was amazing. Our dinner was taken in a separately run lakeside restaurant just across the road.

Our hosts were simply amazing! They don’t speak much English and we don’t speak one word of Turkish but that just added to the fun. They are utterly delightful and were a highlight of staying at Gol Pension. The breakfast was extravagant - by far the best we’ve had in Turkiye was far. Also, the location is superb. Our room was big, comfortable and spotlessly clean.

This was a great bread and breakfast hotel. I felt like we were part of the family living in this home owned by three sisters. The property is in the perfect location with the best hostesses. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we have ever had.

We had a lovely stay at this quiet and relaxing pension. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and kindness, it made us feel so welcome. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bed was excellent. It was a short walk to several good restaurants. The included breakfast was amazing; there was so much delicious food each morning. Best of all, the friendly sisters who own this pension are humble and kind people, meeting them was a highlight of our stay here.

Nothing to dislike at all.

Gol Pension, Lake Pension in the shores of Lake Egirdir was amazingly. They so deserve the glowing reviews that attracted us there. Peaceful, quiet, cozy with a view to the lake from our balcony to die for. The warm welcome of the sisters upon arrival warmed our hearts. Lots of family love went into this pension, transformed from their late parents family home. We could not believe our breakfast this morning, best since we arrived in Turkey. Everything so tasty and fresh, homemade too. No way could we have eaten everything. We loved their ground floor dining area, again with a lake view and so cozy. After a long hike and a visit of the city nearby, what a surprise to be greeted with delicious sweet treats. We loved our room, had all the amenities (kettle for coffee and tea, small refrigerator, huge shower, warm bedding and lovely towels). It all felt like a home away from home. Even though we don’t speak Turkish, through their bits of English and lots of sign language, we did fine. We feel so lucky to have found this cozy spot where we spent two nights.

Beautiful location by the lake this wonderful family run pension was the best stop off we could wish for. What lovely lovely people here running the show - the two sisters couldn’t do enough for us and we found it fascinating learning about the lake and the history behind the spit joining up. We also had the biggest breakfast spread you could ever imagine!

Great location, comfortable and run by very nice people.

Charming cottage ambience with two lovely sisters as our hosts. We had a wonderful view & enjoyed fresh air and the sound of the ocean. Breakfast was outstanding with fresh OJ and a special omelette. Spacious & immaculate.

One mattress really needs to be retired- we were given a different bedroom with a very comfortable one.

Only stayed one night unfortunately but loved it here by the lake. We were looked after extremely well and the breakfast was amazing - and very big!
