That I had to be awaken to move my car in the middle of the night because one of the guest that parked in front of me wanted to move out. Improve your parking space please!

Nice building, inside the decoration of the hotel is very unique, in your room you have a tv, fridge, kettle. It is quiet, safe. You can book this guesthouse if you don t want to stay in windhoek city center and have a rest. I thank you the young lady at the reception who cleaned my shower however it was not her job. She was very kind, professionnal lady. The bar is open until 10 pm.

They overcharged me the airport transfer 700 namibia dollar, normally it is around 400. One time they gave me one room but the shower of the room was very dirty it was impossible to put one feet on the floor of the shower, there were 2 beds in the room but only one was made, dusty on the table...It is the first time in my life i had to complain at the reception. It was not professionnal. Obviously the room was not checked. There is not restaurant or shop in nearby, but it is not a problem you can order, but you have to pay 10 dollar per minute when they call and they put the chronometrer. I don t mind for the money but it is not polite at all, normally it is a service, it was the first time for me.

Darker Curtains in the room. Too much light.

Great place to stay, with incredible friendly staff! Ladies from the staff helped me to oder food and found transportation schedules for me! Wow!
