The receptionist was very fri day and helpful

The bedding wasn't up to standard, the shower sprayed onto the roof, breakfast was served late

The bathroom Had a nice shower The cleaning was very good, besides that they also packed my private stuff.

The bed was very very hard. My Back is paining badly. The maddress was Like a Board, also the pillows were super hard. The Gate cannot be opened by yourself, so you always have to call or ring the bell for someone to open it. Therefore the bell is ringing during night times. We were there with a 5 year old, window site to the gate, it was very very loud (also the gate itself obviously and also with closed windows). Also the walls are very thin, so you can clearly hear the other guests or the Staff talking/coming in and out etc. Booking.com said, we will have our own terrasse, but apparently those are not facts. So we didnt got. Not so practical with a child, who is sleeping early. The flash of the toilet was very hard, so that you had to close the lit and still had left overs on the toilet lit. Bah. I would say If you are a couple you can stay there nicely, but not as a Family. One/two nights are fine, i cannot recommend this for more then 2 nights.
