Royal Castle Guest House

This place is amazing. It’s situated at a very nice neighborhood. It’s safe and very clean. The staff is super nice. They gave us the best service. I highly recommend it. If I ever come bk to Windhoek, I will be definitely staying here.

It was short stay, arrived at 01:00 am and left at 06:00 am

The fact that we had to carry our luggage as there is no lift/ elevator

Loved the place, staff cool and the place was really clean

The place was nearer the playgrounds.

The staff don't have customer care. They even told us their mothers or sister's property . They are just proud of that. The small girl called Catrine is 0 % customer care. The shower drainage was blocked when we bathed. We stood inside the blocked dirty water. We were bathing with cold water in other rooms. When we asked for the toilet paper, they said they issued it once.We must buy it for ourselves . That guest house is self-catering, but when we want to cook, they say we must add money for using their kitchen per day. They put a broken glass in a room when we were leaving they said we had broken their glass we must pay Ns 60. Only those who are cleaning there ,they know customer care .
