Pillows are not fluffy, too flat. Air-conditioning is weak and doesn't blow. The blanket is too thick. The shower is clogged, and there is no microwave.

Access control a bit challenging with not having a remote etc but they do make entering and exiting as easy as possible regardless

Wifi is weak in the room. Location is not good. You will need a car.
