The single room had everything I needed for 9 days and with two bathrooms, I never had to wait. (Very hot and powerful shower, which was lovely!) I was met punctually just outside the property by a friendly host, communication was good, and check in was quick and easy. The host and hostess were friendly, helpful, welcoming and attentive. Extra bedding, fresh towels and toilet paper were provided free of charge, the bath towel was enormous, there were CCTV cameras and secure locks inside the property, free WiFi and plenty of plug sockets. My room was clean, cosy, quiet, airy and comfortable, equipped with a single bed, pillow, duvet, linens, wardrobe with a large mirror, bedside table, dustbin, east facing window, and drawers for storage. Alameda Street is an upmarket bustling pedestrian area, with a good range of shops, cafés and restaurants, close to the beach and just a few minutes walk from the Tourist Information Centre, museum, viewpoints, historic church, bus stop and large supermarkets. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this property to any travellers who want to stay in one of the best areas in Benidorm and explore the local area on a budget. *I speak fluent Spanish, so communication was very easy and pleasurable.

Nothing, could not find a place.

I could not find this place. It has no street address I tried asking all the locals where this space was located they had no idea.Then I tried contacting them calling, Messaging them on the booking.com messenger Before 3 PM which I have proof because I screenshot. This place contacted me 1 minute before 3 PM and told me I was a No show. I've never been so humiliated by a hotel in my life. I walked around still try to find a place Eventually it started getting dark and I had to make a decision to get another room from another hotel. Don't waste your time these people are horrible and do not care.

location was perfect there wa a lift which was ideal. as it is on 4th floor ground floor being 1

no plug in my room for charging shower bracket broken so couldn't shower in a fixed potion in main bathroom.

The property was right beside the beach, in Old Town, Benidorm. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

Room needs a little modernisation. A little hard to find as I had no WiFi when the taxi dropped me close by the meeting point.

The accommodation is in the center of Benidorm. Near the beach. It's not a new place but you can feel comfortable. They treated me with great affection. We will return next year.
