Dear guests, please note that in order to comply with local regulations and complete check-in, you must submit a photo of your ID/passport or complete the identification form sent by the property (depending on the request), before 12:00 NOON of the day of arrival. If this is not provided, the reservation may be cancelled. You must also present your original ID upon check-in. Please note that the Check-in hours for this accommodation are strict and cannot be modified. Please note that visitors are not allowed on the property; only registered guests are allowed. Check-in or key collection is only possible for people registered during the reservation; keys cannot be given to people other than these. Please note that the cancellation policies for this accommodation are strict and there is no room for modifications in the dates. For guests under 35 years of age, a EUR 150 security deposit will be required upon arrival in cash. This deposit will be refunded 72 hours after check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation. Original deposit for the rest of guests is of EUR 50.
