The State Room at Seafield House

Really beautiful room, spacious, sympathetically decorated whilst keeping original features. lovely separate loo and shower room. Bed very comfortable. complete with kettle, coffee machine and some very delicious surprise treats!

All the thoughtful little touches!

Close to the road but it wasn’t noisy.

The room was big with all amenities and very clean. The complementary picnic basket and drinks in the mini bar was a really good surprise. It is also very close to the Quay and the high street.

It is by the road so can hear traffic and could wake you up.

Everything! It was superbly clean (really important) bright and airy. The main room was spacious with all mod cons such as a small fridge, coffee-maker and a fan. There was a lot of nice and generous touches such as milk, water and juice in the fridge and a basket of complimentary treats along with various teas and coffee pods. The en suite shower was large and very effective with plenty of essentials. The accommodation was private and parking was right outside. it was a lovely stroll to all amenities in Emsworth which has picturesque seaside walks, restaurants, cafes and bars. The local residents were very friendly.

The State Room is absolutely delightful. It was very clean and well-stocked with all equipment you might require including a fan, ironing board and hairdryer plus much much more. The historical village Emsworth and its amenities is a short walk away and there is easy access to nearby marinas and Hayling Island's beaches. West Wittering beach is also about 5 miles away.

We found nothing to complain about. The hosts have obviously put much thought into what their guest would need.

The room was done out to the highest standards and Arabella, the host, had left lots of lovely finishing touches, including games and treats.
