The State Room at Seafield House

Location for what we needed. Small touches like pillow spray, ear plugs although don’t use them. Milk and coffee provided and small food packet. Loved side green gate onto main road for what we needed it was excellent location.

Great location. Simple. Easy. Comfortable. Warm. Relaxing. Very pleasant indeed.

I struggled to find it in the pouring rain.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had a large walk-in shower

Traffic noise from the road into Emsworth and a creaky bed.

The room is beautiful and immaculate and the shower ensuite was modern and great it all had a real feel of luxury. We got a little hamper of cookies and popcorn which was a nice touch and the selection of teas was great. I would definitely stay here again as the location and period property are first class. The room is next to a busy road which didn't bother us too much but if you are a light sleeper then the squeaky-ness of the bedframe and the road combined may trouble you but there are earbuds in the bathroom. Nothing can be done about the road but it didn't detract from a lovely stay. No breakfast here which is fine but for the money maybe a cold selection of continental? but its not far from the centre and there are a good choice of breakfast (we went to the Bluebell Inn)

The host was friendly and helpful. The whole place was nicely furnished and felt calm and relaxing.

Beautiful room, lovely little treats, amazing location. Host was so accommodating and friendly. It was such a decadent night away from normal life!
