The State Room at Seafield House

A perfect stopover for our trip to the Goodwood Revival, we had several snacks and a bottle of Sparkling Wine in the fridge on arrival and tea, coffee and fresh milk for the morning. What a treat after a painful journey. Lovely room, lovely shower and private off street parking.

A beautiful property with some lovely touches. a lot of thought has gone into it. Fabulous goody basket, fridge and fresh milk, great choice of teas and coffee. Amazing toiletries in the bathroom. Location was fabulous. Would stay again

Would have preferred 2 pillows each on the bed as found them a bit flat

Private entrance and little courtyard was perfect. Has everything we needed and very well thought out.

The room itself is very impressive. It was large, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was also lovely. The extra touches such as providing good quality toiletries, tea, coffee and snacks were really appreciated. The quality of the furniture, bedding and towels were all exceptional. Emsworth town centre is a easy stroll away and the location worked really well as a base for our day out at Goodwood races

I really wanted to give this property a 10 but unfortunately on our first night we found the bed had obviously been made up with slightly damp bedding and as a result, on the very hot day we had a slightly damp and uncomfortable night's sleep. I do want to stress that everything else about this property was absolutely superb though.

The room is really lovely, set up with everything you could need. The earplugs were a lovely, considerate touch given the proximity to the main road.

The mattress was a little firm for our preference, but it's such a subjective thing.

Beautiful room, exactly like on photos. Very spacious, there is even a small fridge in there, was very happy about this. Very comfortable stay. Owners were absolutely lovely too!

It was stunning accommodation. Everything of the very best with attention to detail and comfort. Our host was very kind and friendly. Thank you for our very comfortable overnight stay before our long journey :)

The room is really lovely and very relaxing. There were some lovely treats left for us, which was a nice surprise. The facilities are very good and the towels - oh so many towels! - were lovely and soft.

The only gripe was the squeeky bed. It was on the soft side for us, but that's our personal preference, but it was the the squeekiness that was annoying. The room itself is peaceful and we didn't have a problem with the road noise, but it was noisy immediately outside.
