Beautiful property and facilities. An absolute gem in Emsworth and perfectly located to exposure the town and further.

Comfy bed, warm duvet, roomy and well appointed.

Noise from the road and poor shower

Beautiful room, stylish furnishings and decor. Welcome pack of goodies were a pleasant surprise. Welcoming and v helpful hosts. Easy short walk to Emsworth along a pretty coastal path too.

Breakfast was not provided but we knew before we booked there was a fridge and cutlery and crockery provided also lots of snacks and good supply of tea and coffee

The keysafe entry was not ideal as had to keep looking up the code and in the dark was not so easy and to turn the handle was difficult we didn’t feel that turning the handle was explained and had difficulty in opening/closing the door

Lovely decoration and lay out. It’s very homely.

Heating wasn’t on, there was only an oil filled electric heater. Bed was so squeaky it kept us awake.

Shower not too powerful. Bed a bit creaky every time my husband turned over I woke up but mattress and linens were superb
