Quite near main road.

Very comfortable bed. Useful fridge and good supplies of tea, coffee and milk. Plus biscuits!

We stayed here for the Goodwood Revival. It was about a 20 minute drive to the event and had a spacious, secluded off-street parking space for our old car. It’s a lovely room, full of character, within easy walking distance of Emsworth. (Which has several nice pubs and eateries.) The fridge in the room was a real bonus. Arabella and Tom made us feel very welcome.

Nothing really. ( But a small coffee table to go with the armchairs, for cups of coffee, glasses of wine etc would be the icing on the cake.)

Well equipped, homely and spacious. Arabella was very helpful and generously left a bottle for us to celebrate our anniversary. Lovely touch.

Only the location next to the main road. We were aware of this however and again the ear plugs provided are a nice touch. Owners have also made the very best of the position to make it private.

The perfect stay everything was amazing. Only a 10-minute walk from the train station and shops and also only a 10 minute walk to the sea! The room was exceptional and the Host went out of her way to buy me plant milk and vegan things as opposed to dairy so so kind one of the best days we've ever had will definitely be back blown away by the experience one of the best stays I've ever had through booking.com want to say a massive thank you so the Host. The room lives up to its name it definitely had a 'stately' feel to it and everything was beautifully clean and smelt amazing.
