"Excellent. Welcoming reception and service from hosts throughout our stay. Apartment top quality."

Good selection of cereals and fruit. Eggs (poached, fried, scrambled) on home-made bread optional.

Stayed at weekend so able to take advantage of free parking at nearby GP surgery car park. Weekday parking could be moe of any issue given busy road and parking restrictions.

Chris and Suzy were very friendly and helpful. The bed was most comfortable. My room was at the back of the building so it was quiet which I appreciated. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to see the garden as it gets dark early this time of year but I would happily come back to stay if I was back in Ashburton again.

I didn't encounter anything that I didn't like.

Tastefully decorated, owners had left lots of nice touches everywhere

no lift so have to climb stairs, but for most people not a problem
