The cleanliness. The beds are comfortable. I like that it has a hair dryer in the bathroom. Check in is easy. Free WiFi is great.

This property is not ADA friendly. There is no access for the disabled. There are 10 steps you have to navigate before getting to the front door. I asked for a first floor room and was promised one and then was given a second floor room. 10 more steps added. I had a lot of trouble getting up and down them. Bring your own towels because they do not provide them. I just so you're clear, there are no private bathrooms There needs to be a mirror in the room. Nothing fancy. You could probably get one for $5 at Walmart. There was a piece of furniture in my room that looked like it was trash picked. It was not sturdy and looked like it was ready to collapse. Bring an extension cord or outlet extender as there aren't enough electricity outlets. A box of tissues in every room would be a nice touch. The downstairs powder room never had anything to dry your hands on. All in all, it's not a bad place to stay for what I needed it for. But I could have gotten better amenities for the same price somewhere else like a hotel.

Kitchen is bit messy, not cleaned

We stayed at a nearby brand new renovated property on Calvert street. We got a room with en-suite bathroom.

The steps!

The property felt dirty and dusty. 5 rooms sharing only one bathroom, other 2 downstairs sharing a half bathroom (no shower). The first thought I got when I entered the room was that I didn't want to stay there a minute longer. I tried to cancel my stay, but of course I got denied.

The location was great. The room was a nice size but too cold the fan couldn't cut off so I was cold the entire time. The bathroom was nice but too many guests were trying to use it at the same time. If there were another facility to clean or use that would be great.

I didn't like that there were loud guests and the police were called for some reason people were smoking on the porch even with a no smoking sign out there. I didn't like the fact that the 1 bathroom was for all of the guests. So people on time schedules might have been affected.
