The property was in a great location at a reasonable price.

It was hard to manage the entry (keys / codes etc) The TV in the room was hard to manage. The property felt a bit chaotic with many people on site (permanent residents and renters.)

Great stay , clean and affordable, communication was awesome also , thank you for the stay .

There was a weird white man who stared at me while I was standing on the outside smoking a cigarette. He never spoke or said anything. Fast forward I had a class online and was sitting outside with my laptop it then decided to to go to my room. The weird white guy tells me to turned down my laptop and I told him I’m going to my room why is it his concerned I was loud. But you can hear tv’s in most apartments. He should not be there and harassing anyone especially if he is not an owner of the property. 2nd there was not tv in my room. 3rd the table that had linen on it was dirty with stains and someone’s hair that’s disgusting. Makes me wonder if the sheets are clean and not to mention no real towels just paper ones so that should be said when booking so someone will know to bring their own towels and washclothes.

The location is great. Parking was relatively easy to find. Campus security in the neighborhood so it felt pretty safe.

Disclaimer: I did not fully explore the house. I don't know what the other guestrooms looked like. I am describing the areas I saw: the front entry, my room, the shared first floor bathroom, the kitchen, and the (alleged) dining area. That being said, I do not recognize most of the room photos in the listing. The only room I really recognize is the shared bathroom. Where do I start? As another traveler noted, this a bare bones place. Each room has keypad entry, but my door didn't have a doorknob, instead a cabinet handle on the outside and no handle or any grip on the inside. I had a street-facing room overlooking the front porch, and the curtains were so thin with gaps at the sides that they were nearly useless for light reduction or security. Everytime someone came in at night, the light shone directly through the gaps into my bed. Speaking of which, I found a long black hair in the bed when I opened the covers for the first time. Do not expect a legit 'desk' - it's a plastic folding table on which the TV stands. The AC unit was old and the filter was gross but thankfully loud enough to block out the noise of other entering visitors and the kid upstairs (I thought there were no kids allowed). It however could not remove the cigarette smell that I encountered upon entering the house for the first time. The shared bathroom was not the cleanest I've been in, and I was provided only with *disposable* bath towels. Had I known this, I would have brought my own. There are no hand towels, washcloths, or Kleenex provided. The faucet was taped onto the wall, the toilet rocked when you got up or down, and there was a sign instructing guest not to flush the toilet paper but to put it in the garbage. Maybe I'm too delicate and demure, but that grossed me out. The kitchen was just as disappointing, and is NOT the kitchen in the photos.

The convenience and the location was perfect for what I needed.
