There was reliable Wi-Fi. The bed was big and comfy. The house was secure: two locks on the front door plus locks on every bedroom. The second floor bathroom had a large shower and a large counters. There was a clothes iron and ironing board. There was an air conditioner in my room. The host was quick and responsive when I texted. The price can't be beat.

The house smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. The first floor bathroom didn't have hand soap nor any counter space.
