"Beautiful views but not worth the money"

Beautiful views and very clean and spacious. Cleaner comes in morning to wash up dishes etc

You are not informed that the caretakers live onsite. They advised heated pool and hot tub but it was freezing cold. They said this was because of it been solar powered but this isn’t clear when making the booking. So you pay for facilities that ain’t available. Drakensberg is colder which is why we went for HEATED! There’s cameras in the house which is a huge breach but they don’t seem to think this. They have trust issues with cameras, locked cupboards and people being able to walk in whenever! If you have any issues with the property, my advice is to deal with the agent and not the owner or caretaker on-site. Everything is dealt with verbally and then they deny it saying you didn’t complain whilst at the property. What a joke. If you book the entire house which says 18 people on their site they still limit you to 14 people! Lots of rules. Not worth the money for the facilities they advertise but don’t deliver on! This is misselling!
