Was unable to access the hotel at the time I stated I would be arriving, called the 3 numbers to contact the people running it and was ignored so had to book another hotel at 8pm that night and still haven't been refunded

The midway was not available due to issues but was moved to another place which was organised brilliantly for us. Was brilliant communication from the midway which helped a lot.
