Very poilte , lovely and very friendly, room was perfect for us 3 and my little girl loved the play room use had. The breakfast was very nice aswell Great vaule for money and we will return next time we travel to blackpool

The distance was a tiny bit far from everything bit the weather was amazing so it was nice to have a lovely walk and we used the tram which was easy.

I’m so happy I booked this B&B. The staff were absolutely lovely. It’s very family oriented. The rooms are clean and spacious. Would definitely book again.

Very friendly owners. The place was clean, the breakfast was tasty and excellent quality. The play room for kids was fantastic. Centered around families and couples so it's quiet and not full stag and hen parties causing noise and chaos. Will certainly stay there again
