Absolutely everything! We spent 5 nights here and we had a wonderful time. Wendy is lovely, attentive and cooks an amazing breakfast! Thank you for the hospitality!

"A good find - very good value for money."

Convenient location, with helpful parking availability. Warm room with plentiful hot water. Clean throughout. Excellent breakfast. Delightful hostess.

Bed a bit too soft and bouncy, and pillows rather lumpy! Main road outside quite busy, windows protected by double glazing but heavy traffic noise if opened.
