Unlimited Wi-Fi even during load shedding, the water is always hot for taking a shower

No winter blankets and the fact that there was no DSTV

The ladies in the office were exceptional & exceeded that extra mile in providing top quality service at all times but most important their welcoming smiles &greetings. This pleasant experience extended to all staff including security personnel,housekeeping & ground staff. An experience I will never forget & when I return to South Africa I know where I'm going to stay. THANK YOU, THANK YOU all.

Management & staff for me are doing their best to accommodate the residents.
