The Avenue House

The location is good. Parking was arranged as requested. The communal kitchen is well equipped, but no cleaning is being done.

Facility seems not to be well maintained. The shower is partially serviceable and not repaired after a complaint was lodged. No fan or tv in the room, resulting in watching whatever someone else is watching.

Good amenities, as per the pictures. There was also a fully fitted kitchen for us to use and containers provided for each room to use.

The house smelled strange, like too ‘lived in’ and our room had a strange drain sort of smell.

Everything was as expected, nice and clean

Breakfast is not served

There were no mirrors in my room.

Peaceful, friendly staff, Moran is a great host.

We liked everything, but the outstanding feature was the support we received from Moran. We got mugged in the street and Moran did everything to assist us and to overcome this very unpleasant experience. Thank you, Moran, from Stefanie & Amalie!

Can´t think of anything

Theresa who did the cleaning was polite,helpful& pleasant. Moran the manager was the same &I did appreciate him meeting,greeting& waiting at the premises although I arrived close to midninight he went out of his way to be there. Last but not least Lipo the owner a perfect gentleman.unassuming & very down to earth. His hand on approach to maintaining the garden is a sight to behold.The residence is spacious and beautifully decored. Well done guys👏👏See u next year😊.

the place is really nice, independent, the only topic was that the washing machine was next to my room and another guest was using it at 6:30 am
