The pool was incredible and the rooms very comfortable and clean.

I thought the Garden Room could have been a bit better equipped, maybe a bigger trash can inside the room. But everything was very nice.

Superb apartments which are clean, stylish and peaceful.   Location is great 5 minutes up the hill from the centre of town and beach. We stayed in the large apartment and it was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed including a washing machine! Pool area was lovely with plenty of beds and places to sit.  This is a small complex so it never gets busy at the pool. The host/owner Maria is very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a relaxed stay in Carvoeiro!

The only improvement we can think of is a mattress topper for the sofabed as it will make it more comfortable.

Beautiful studio apartment, everything you needed, really bright, light and airy with beautiful high ceilings. Stunning wet room style shower. Absolutely beautiful pool, amazing location. Great value for money and really friendly owner and staff.

The room was nice and well equipped, we had a studio apartment which nice. Small kitchen area seemed well equipped and had everything we needed (we didn't cook). We had our own table set up next to the pool and the sun loungers were available to all guests. We were near the end of the season so it was pretty quiet when we arrived and although full capacity when we left, it was just adults and very quiet. Parking was on-street and seemed not to be a problem. Pool was nice and refreshing, very deep one end.

There seemed to be a lot of rules e.g. don't take your towels outside, don't dry anything around the pool etc - only on the washing line (seemed this was because the lady managing it just didn't like to see it vs an actual reason). We specifically booked this because the details on Booking.com specified there was a bbq. It's worth noting that this only comes with the Apartment and not the studios. This was a bit of a blow as we'd looked forward to doing some cooking (maybe strange?). We asked if we could change to the apartment and pay more but were told no because changing via booking.com was painful and even though empty, we still couldn't use it. There was occasional building noise in the area but that's not their fault and I imagine it's the same everywhere at the moment. Hotwater takes a LONG time to get to the shower, no idea why.
