Location was perfect!

Location.

No bottled water on arrival, 2 towels and 1 hand towel which is not good, property is not in the sun therefore its damp and cold, especially in November and December. On arrival after 1 hour of being there we were asked to not use the air conditioning while not in the property, as the property was vacant before our arrival it was extremely cold inside. The air conditioning unit within the lounge is very poor and really does not heat up the area at all. At no time of the day does this property get any sun. This accommodation is within the hostesses residence and the hostess Teresa is very overbearing as she watches your comings and goings, she kept on requesting us to do different things each day - especially if she seen us relaxing by the pool trying to get some sun and a heat into us, she would shout from her house door. There is too much to write - e.g. open the windows when in the property - which we did and we never closed the bathroom window for the duration of our stay yet the condensation and dampness never left. There is too much pressure on you staying here when you are supposed to be on holiday. We are a well travelled couple not teenagers, so if you want to feel like you have moved back in with your parents then this is what it feels like if you go there. We left after 1 week of our 2 week stay as we could not stay any longer.

The apartment was everything we wanted , Spotless , very stylish , quiet and a lovely location , we loved it . Theresa the owner is really lovely and was there if you needed her , but was unobtrusive really great stay

The location was perfect! Easy walking distance to, in my opinion, the best village in the Algarve, if you like hiking, nice restaurants and swimming without the crowd. Very nice pool, great size. The apartment and studio in which we stayed were newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The owner was lovely and made us feel comfortable.
