Lumina Apartments

The view is perfect, the apartment is super well equipped, I wish I could live here, for sure I’ll be back. The check in was super easy, I ask for some extra things and she readily answered me and made my stay very comfortable. The location is what you need, walk distance from catamaran, good restaurants, and beaches. It’s really all you need when you stay in Korčula

No blinds, which is a big no for me wince I woke up at 6am because of the light The hot water would only work for 1-2min

Location fabulous. Would recommend . Good sized apartment and good facilities to eat in and prepare own food if you choose to but also eat out options close by. Great to have a sofa bed to use to sit on as well as the main bed and the outside sitting area.

Bed mattress needs to be changed. My hip isn’t the best but it isn’t comfortable if you do have niggles. Some more utensils would be good in the kitchen but is ok as it is. Drain from toilet smells a bit but with bathroom door closed is ok. Hard to ensure sufficient hot water for shower, needed to get washed and out before it went cold.

The location was very good, 50 meters from the center. The AC worked perfectly, and the host was nice.

Unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. The bathroom was rusty and smelled like sewerage. Also, there was a stain on the bed sheet. Be aware that there is no parking nearby, and a lot of stairs to get there from the near parking place (10 minutes walk).

I had a room with a balcony and outside kitchen there. Keys where in the door when I came so didn't have to wait anyone. Situation was great near the old town, bars, cafés and beach. Really silent location. Super clean and cosy studio.

No coffee maker.
