Lumina Apartments

Nice apartment very close to the historical centre. The room is big, the kitchen has big windows and can be turned into a semi-balcony. Comfortable bed and nice host.

Great location just a short walk away from the old town. I enjoyed the balcony with the view as it was easy to lose track of time just watching the yachts come in to dock. The view of the old town is very nice as well. If one would be doing an extended stay here you'll have no shortage of storage areas for all of your belongings - there is a surprising amount. I really appreciated the washing machine for doing some fresh laundry. The apartment is very spacious with plenty of room to move around and the bed was comfortable. A good number of steps up to the building and unit but doable for those in reasonable shape.

The host did poorly in responding to communication via Booking.com once I was in the country. There were ants in the kitchen and when I messaged this, it went unanswered. Due to this I didn't purchase groceries or prepare any meals there. The floors were quite dirty and dusty and should have been cleaned much better. You can hear every noise from the resident living above so any needed rest during daytime hours was out of the question. The door to the apartment has an odd lock mechanism that I didn't have much trust in.

Great location, within walking distance of the old town, the port and bus station, plenty of restaurants etc. The room is spacious, the kitchen is well-equipped and the views from the balcony are great!

Very good value for Hvar when I stayed in early October. Good WiFi and easy check in process. Room format worked well for me, small fridge was useful. Less than 10 minutes walk to the ferry terminal for ferries to Korcula and Split, and only a couple of minutes further to the main town centre. Would stay again.

Location was perfect

Nice and clean room with a cute table/chair set. There was a fridge, and the AC was good. The location was fine. I had a bad experience at the place I stayed before this and got worried about a repeat because of the bad reviews, so I was releaved. The woman who met me showed up as I was on my way to the house. (I had let them know I would come in on the ferry, so they had the approximate time.) I was worried about finding the place through the narrow streets but there is a clear sign above the door.

The room is a little tight if you have a suitcase, I did not.

Very modern and clean. Lots of room. Close to everything. Patio had a great view. We sat out every morning with our coffee. Also had a washer/dryer and dishwasher.
